After look into it few times, i've start to test capturing gameplay with Vita TV. And it turns out bad with converter. Because Vita TV is HDMI only, and my current Capture Card still in Component cable. As you can notice, there's some slight cut in left screen and black-border in right side of the screen
Yeah, i need new capture device that sapport HDMI. Because PS4 also HDMI only, this is good chance to get new device. Many friends have recommended AverMedia Live Gamer Portable, small like PSP but stronk enough to capture video gameplay in 1080p. so i'll consider it in the future.
