Okay, we can do this with either Rean or Millium, since only these two have 4S rank S-Craft power (4S+ for Rean 'transform')
- Master Quartz:Murakumo (it doubles the damage on Critical, confirmed better than Tauros)
- SR Quartz:Bakufu (瀑布)+ Hadou (覇道)
- STR+50% Buff
- Over-Rise II
- Character Level 200
Pretty much that's the thing we need for highest damage possible, we can also add DEF debuff from Emma's Analyze Craft for additional damages
